Loading plays on the cues triggering contemporary society’s expectations. Incorporating imagery reminiscent of the screen saver seen during the process of downloading a file, the physical state of the spectator becomes a mental state of anticipation.
Eden Mitsenmacher holds a BFA from Goldsmiths College University of London and an MFA from the Dutch Art Institute. She has participated in several exhibitions worldwide. She combines performance, video and installation.
