ABOUT

SantaGiulia Academy offers more than 260 courses, that go through all the artistic and design ambits. Teachers are young and dynamics,  professional figures able to offer to the students an inestimable heritage of knowledges and experience and to put them in contact with the national and international labour market.

MR MOV 2 is a project by 10 budding curators, which renews during the Multimedia Programming’s class, included in the second level degree of Art’s Commuication and Didactics in the SantaGiulia Fine Arts Academy. This class is taught by the visual artist Alessandro Mancassola.

Anna Albertelli

(Brescia – 1995)

She lives and works in Brescia. She collaborated with the Contemporary Art’s Collection Paolo VI in Concesio (BS) and with the Santa Giulia Museum in Brescia. She carries out the National Civilian Service in the Municipality of Monticelli Brusati (BS), where she organizes exhibitions and didactics workshops.

Nicole Bolpagni

(Desenzano, BS – 1992)

She lives and works in Brescia. She’s a visual artist and she’s graduated in Painting at the Giacomo Carrara Fine Arts Academy in Bergamo. She takes an interest in contemporary art’s trends and in curatorial practice.

Delia Bongiovanni

(Ragusa – 1989)

She lives in Brescia. She’s graduated in Communication and Valorisation of Contemporary Artistic Assets at the Fine Arts Academy in Catania and then she attended the course in Event and Museum Curator at IED in Rome. She collaborated on the urban regeneration project of the French artist Stefan Shankland, in the suburbs of Paris.

Linda Carluccio

(Brindisi – 1993)

She lives in Brescia. She studied Visual Arts at DAMS in Bologna and she collaborated on set-up and press review activities at the Civic Gallery of Modena.

Giuditta Colombi

(Gavardo, BS – 1993)

She lives and works in Brescia. She’s graduated in Science and Tecnology of Arts and Entertainment at the Università Cattolica in Brescia. She collaborated with the Colossi Contemporary Art Gallery and with MART in Rovereto.

Serena Filippini

(Brescia – 1995)

She lives and works in Brescia. She collaborated with the National Archive and with the Contemporary Art’s Collection Paolo VI in Concesio (BS). She worked at the fort Strino of Vermiglio (TN), where she dramatized a guided visit.

Pietro Modonesi

(Brescia – 1988)

He lives and works in Brescia. He’s an illustrator and he’s graduated in Graphic Design and Multimedia at LABA in Brescia. He takes an interest in artistic field, he dreams of being a cartoonist.

Rita Puliafito

(Messina – 1980)

She lives and works in Brescia. She’s an educationalist and she’s also graduated in Painting at the Fine Arts Academy in Reggio Calabria and then majoring in Art Therapy at S.I.P.E.A. in Rome. She leads didactics and art workshops and she takes an interest in new technologies.

Marta Scherini

(Sondrio – 1994)

She lives and works between Sondrio and Brescia. She is graduated in Art’s Didactics for Museums at the SantaGiulia Fine Art Academy of Brescia. She curated the third edition of Anime di Scarpatetti exhibition for the ScarpatettiArte Association. She leads exhibitions and cultural events organization. She was one of the curators of the first edition of Mr. Mov.

Alice Vangelisti

(Lovere, BG – 1994)

She lives and works between Brescia and the Camonica Valley (BS). She is graduated in Art’s Didactics for Museums at the SantaGiulia Fine Art Academy of Brescia. She has collaborated with the Contemporary Art’s Collection of Paolo VI in Concesio, in the Museum of Industry and Labour in Rodengo Saiano and in the Santa Giulia Museum in Brescia. She was one of the curators of the first edition of Mr. Mov. She also the curator of progetto falía* Artists In Residence.

Alessandro Mancassola

(Arzignano, VI – 1979)

He lives and works in Saronno (VA). He works in the duo Barbara and Ale with Barbara Ceriani Basilico. Among others, they exhibited at the Centre Pompidou in Paris, at Pac in Milan and Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation in Turin. He teaches since 2009. For more info.
